Ordering help - In General

If you are confused by the ordering process, I suggest the following:

• Watch the two videos on this help page (Photo Print Ordering & Favorites List)

• Don't hesitate to play around on the site.  You will be warned before going too far with an order.

• If you still need help, contact me and I will be happy to help.

Viewing Photos

• Navigation:
  There is a slideshow option for each gallery. Alternatively you can click on the first thumbnail of your choice and then press the right or left arrow keys on your keyboard to move through the photos.
• Full Screen Viewing:
  For the best possible viewing experience, press F11 to toggle your browser Full Screen mode.

Photo Print Ordering

• Watermarks:
  the watermark (logo) will NOT be on the final print, it will only appear on proofs and when being viewed online. Also, the images here are reduced in size and resolution, but the original, full-size file will be used for printing.

• Purchasing photographic prints:
  Below is a video on how to order photographic prints.  Press the play button (right pointing triangle) to start.

 

Once the movie has started, hover and press the (4) outward arrows (bottom right-hand corner) to toggle full screen.

Sharing with others

One of the greatest gifts you can share with family and friends is a special image capturing a a special moment in your life. There are several opportunities to share photos and photo galleries with friends and family. A couple examples are listed below.

• Share photos by email:
  Each photo and gallery has a "Share" button in the upper right hand corner.  By pressing this button, you can copy/paste the URL address into an email and send it to friends or family.  Alternatively, you can press the "Share" button and then press the "Open in E-mail" button to automatically open your email client with the URL address automatically into an email.  Then you can just add a message and address to the email and send.

• Share photos by social media:
  Each photo and gallery can also be shared on social media sites such as Facebook & Twitter.  Each photo and gallery has a "Share" button in the upper right hand corner.  By pressing this button, you can then press the icon for Facebook or Twitter.  A dialog box will open allowing you to edit/enter an additional message to be posted along with a link to the photo/gallery.

Sharing on sites other than Facebook and Twitter is also possible by copying the URL address.   Then pasting it into the social media site.

Downloading

• High Resolution downloads
  High resolution downloads suitable for printing are only available for my Sports Photography.
• Free downloads:
  Complementary downloads are available using the 'share' link to post to social websites like facebook, Twitter, & Google+.  These photos are watermarked (with logo) mid to low resolution images suitable for website, blog or social media sites such as Facebook.  They are not suitable for printing.  These complementary images are being made available for use under the Creative Commons License (meaning they are for your own personal use only).

Favorites List

• Create a set of "Favorites" to save for later, share with others via email, or send to the photographer:
